Indiana's most renowned arts community presents its premier fine art and fine craft festival held in the National Register of Historic Places, Main Street in Rising Sun, Indiana.

The city of Rising Sun is subsidizing artist's jury and booth fees, to keep artist's costs low in order to encourage participation in our first year festival.
This festival is being heavily promoted locally and regionally by radio (both public radio and popular stations), mailings, newspapers, websites, weekenders, calendars, magazines, interior design firms, and galleries.
